Account settings
Account settings are where an organization’s identity and defaults live: the things that shape every user’s experience without them having to think about it.
Organization profile
Section titled “Organization profile”Your organization name, logo, and branding. This is the identity users see across the workspace, and it’s worth setting early so the environment feels like yours from day one.
Workspace defaults
Section titled “Workspace defaults”Defaults set the starting point for new users and new work — things like default roles, default models, and any organization-wide preferences. Good defaults mean new people land in a sensible, safe configuration without an admin hand-tuning every account.
Who can change settings
Section titled “Who can change settings”Workspace and organization settings are an Enterprise Admin responsibility. Standard users manage only their own account; team members work inside the settings an admin has established. See the Capability matrix.
A quick example
Section titled “A quick example”An admin sets the org profile, picks a conservative default model, and makes “Enterprise Team Member” the default role for new invitees. Every person who joins after that starts branded, on an approved model, and inside guardrails — no per-user setup required.
