Users & invitations

Adding people is the first thing most admins do, and Rival makes it quick whether you’re onboarding one person or a hundred.

Enter their email, choose their role, and send. They receive an invitation to join your organization and land in the workspace already configured for that role. Assigning the role at invite time matters — it means a new person never has a window where they can see or do more than they should.

For larger rollouts, invite many people at once rather than one at a time. [VERIFY: confirm bulk-invite method — CSV upload, multi-email paste, or directory sync.] This is how you take a department live in one step during a launch.

Every invite carries a role, which sets what the person can do:

  • Enterprise Admin — runs AI across the organization.
  • Enterprise Team Member — does real work inside company guardrails.

Pick the most limited role that lets someone do their job; you can always grant more. For the full picture, see Roles & Permissions.

You can see who’s been invited but hasn’t joined, resend invitations, and manage people once they’re in. Removing access is as important as granting it — see User lifecycle.

Ahead of a marketing-team launch, an admin bulk-invites the whole team as Enterprise Team Members. Everyone joins the same day, already inside guardrails and pointed at the approved marketplace — no per-person cleanup afterward.
