Quickstart
This is the shortest route from logging in to seeing Rival do real work. It assumes your admin has already set up the workspace — if that’s you, start with Set up your workspace first.
1. Sign in and find your workspace
Section titled “1. Sign in and find your workspace”Log in with your organization credentials (or via SSO, if your company has set it up). You’ll land in your Workspace — the home for Agents, Tools, Workflows, and your Activity.
2. Adopt an approved solution
Section titled “2. Adopt an approved solution”Open the Marketplace from the left nav. In Enterprise, you’re browsing the set your admin has approved for your team. Pick a starter workflow or agent that matches something you do often — a good first choice is a low-risk, read-only task so you can watch it work.
Adopt it. It now lives in your Workspace.
3. Run it
Section titled “3. Run it”Open the solution and run it. Give it any context it asks for. Rival carries out the steps, using the tools and connected data it’s allowed to reach.
4. Review and approve
Section titled “4. Review and approve”If the task includes an action that needs sign-off, Rival pauses and shows you what it’s about to do. Review it, then approve or reject. This human-in-the-loop step is the heart of how Rival stays safe at work — nothing final happens without the approval your organization requires.
5. Check the result
Section titled “5. Check the result”The outcome is delivered and logged. You can see it in your Activity, along with what ran and when.
