90-day Success Plan
Rolling out AI is a change-management effort as much as a technical one. This is the arc of a healthy first 90 days. Treat it as a template, not a rulebook — adjust the pace to your organization.
Days 1–30: Foundation
Section titled “Days 1–30: Foundation”- Kickoff — align on goals, success metrics, and the pilot team.
- Connector setup — connect the first system your pilot depends on. See Connecting your systems.
- First workflow launch — get one real automation running end to end. See Run your first workflow.
The goal of month one is a single, visible win — not broad coverage.
Days 31–60: Adoption
Section titled “Days 31–60: Adoption”- Team rollout — expand from the pilot to the full first department. See the Admin path.
- Adoption milestones — track who’s active and what’s being used. See Adoption & AI-usage analytics.
The goal of month two is a team that reaches for Rival by habit, with the numbers to show it.
Days 61–90: Expansion
Section titled “Days 61–90: Expansion”- Executive Business Reviews — review value and adoption with leadership, using the Executive Summary.
- Expansion planning — decide the next departments and use cases. See the Enterprise deployment playbook.
The goal of month three is a proven case for scaling, and a plan to do it.
The throughline
Section titled “The throughline”Pilot → team rollout → measured expansion. Each stage earns the next, so growth rests on evidence rather than hope.
