Learning paths

A learning path is a curated route through the Academy, assembled for a specific goal and a specific starting point. Tracks organize the content by subject; paths organize it by intent — “here’s what to learn, in order, to accomplish this.”

Rather than making people assemble their own curriculum, paths sequence the right lessons for common goals — for example:

  • Learn the platform — get oriented and productive.
  • Automate my work — go from manual process to running workflow.
  • Build agents — create and publish AI workers.
  • Roll out companywide — take AI from pilot to organization.
  • Govern AI — set up the controls and policies.
  • Reduce costs — use cost controls and model strategy to spend deliberately.

Each goal is shaped by who’s pursuing it. An Executive path emphasizes value and guardrails; an Admin path emphasizes setup and control; an End User path emphasizes getting productive fast. Same platform, different first steps.

Paths also account for experience, starting a beginner at the foundations and letting an advanced user skip ahead. The goal is that nobody sits through what they already know or gets dropped in past their depth.

A department head picks the “Roll out companywide” path. It sequences the deployment playbook, governance setup, and cost controls into a route that mirrors an actual rollout — so learning the platform and planning the rollout become the same activity.
