The Enterprise tier is the one these docs describe: custom Run Balance and seats, plus the governance, security, and administration covered throughout this site.

Marketplace access, wallet functionality, referral program participation, the ability to monetize tools and agents, and usage analytics.

A self-serve user manages their own subscription, billed to themselves. An enterprise is billed at the organization level — one relationship, one bill, with usage and cost visible across teams. That shift is what makes department budgets and cost tracking possible. See Cost controls.

Upgrades take effect immediately, with the new Run Balance activating right away. Downgrades take effect at the end of the billing period, and any non-expirable top-up balance carries over. Paid plans renew monthly with automatic Run Balance replenishment.

Instead of fifty people each expensing a personal subscription, an enterprise runs one organizational plan. Finance sees a single bill, tracks spend by department, and sets budgets — the same AI, accounted for like real infrastructure.
