Your plan sets your monthly Run Balance allotment, seat count, and feature access.

What every plan includes
Section titled “What every plan includes”Marketplace access, wallet functionality, referral program participation, the ability to monetize tools and agents, and usage analytics.
Enterprise vs. self-serve billing
Section titled “Enterprise vs. self-serve billing”A self-serve user manages their own subscription, billed to themselves. An enterprise is billed at the organization level — one relationship, one bill, with usage and cost visible across teams. That shift is what makes department budgets and cost tracking possible. See Cost controls.
Managing your plan
Section titled “Managing your plan”Upgrades take effect immediately, with the new Run Balance activating right away. Downgrades take effect at the end of the billing period, and any non-expirable top-up balance carries over. Paid plans renew monthly with automatic Run Balance replenishment.
A quick example
Section titled “A quick example”Instead of fifty people each expensing a personal subscription, an enterprise runs one organizational plan. Finance sees a single bill, tracks spend by department, and sets budgets — the same AI, accounted for like real infrastructure.
